For our Riverside Homes Custom team, there is no greater feeling than handing over the key to a homeowner’s newly completed residence that we have put our heart and soul into building. While we never expect any recognition for our custom builds, it is always a pleasant surprise when we open an esteemed publication and see one of home projects highlighted.

We are proud to reveal that one of our luxury homes was selected to be featured in Jacksonville Magazine, Northeast Florida’s premier lifestyle magazine. The 7-page spread shines a spotlight on the custom home project in Atlantic Beach, FL, that was built and designed as a casual, beachy holiday haven. In partnership with architect, Michael Stauffer, and design firm, Carrier Design Co., Riverside Homes Custom was able to “create a calming coastal retreat where the household could truly relax as a family.”

In the featured article, Riverside Homes Custom’s Business Development Manager, Steve Morgan, describes the ideally located hideaway in Atlantic Beach Country Club, a coastal neighborhood located just a few blocks from the ocean. “Situated on a prime 70-foot x 120-foot lot on the golf course, the home exemplifies the timeless Coastal Vernacular architecture so many people in this area desire.”

The home’s exterior features blue Bahama shutters, expansive front porch, and neutral paint color that help the house fit perfectly into the waterside setting and add to its coastal aesthetic. Upon entering the front door, guests are immediately greeted with views of the golf course’s 11th fairway over the waterfall-edge pool.
